This free Charleston festival is from 1:00pm to 4:00pm and is packed with fun things for your kids such as face painting, boat rides, educational exhibits and a Kids Zone. The event is focused on promoting health and wellness so there will be plenty of healthy snacks available plus a health and wellness area that provides things like vision screenings for your child.
While the First Day Festival is supported by locals, visitors are encouraged to attend to take part in the fun and help in generating widespread support for education.
